As a Senior Executive in the field of Sales and Marketing, Ann is a recognised specialist in the homebuilding industry, both nationally and internationally. She prides herself in her ability to take a project seamlessly from land purchase through to the sales market and beyond. She also develops cohesive sales and marketing strategies, aligned to the company objectives, whilst ensuring that the brand is developed in line with the businesses long term strategic direction.
Ann has a full 17 years of experience within the industry having worked for many leading developers such as St James Homes, Barratt and Ward Homes.
In 2008 she was headhunted and appointed as VP of Sales and Marketing for The Wave, Muscat, a mixed use development comprising over 3000 residential properties, including international hotels, the renowned Greg Norman Golf Course and a large, opulant marina.
On her return from Oman, Ann worked as external Sales and Marketing Director for London Square, developing their brand, creating their brand guidelines and successfully taking their developments to the UK and Far Eastern markets. From the outset Kiss managed most of the marketing, design and branding for London Square. However, this was soon to become the tip of the iceberg. Word was out and Kiss were consequentlyinundated with work from the house building industry.
More recently she has acted as Sales and Marketing Director for Chase New Homes working with Kiss to create and develop their identity.
